From the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge ($15 Toll on Staten Island, Toll is only paid while entering Staten Island):
Traveling westbound on the Staten Island Expressway (Interstate 278) from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, take Victory Boulevard Exit #10. At Victory Boulevard, turn left and continue under the Expressway and turn left into the campus at the first traffic light. Approximately 9 miles from the bridge.

From the Goethals Bridge ($13 Toll on Staten Island, Toll is only paid while entering Staten Island):
Eastbound on the Staten Island Expressway (Interstate 278), take the Victory Boulevard Exit # 8 and turn left onto Victory Boulevard, and turn right at the first traffic light into the campus. Approximately 5 miles from the bridge.

From the Outerbridge ($13 Toll on Staten Island, Toll is only paid while entering Staten Island):
Take the West Shore Expressway to the Staten Island Expressway (Interstate 278) east toward the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. On the Staten Island Expressway (Interstate 278), east take the Victory Boulevard Exit 8 and turn left onto Victory Boulevard and turn right at the first traffic light to campus. Approximately 13 miles from the bridge.

From the Bayonne Bridge ($13 Toll on Staten Island, Toll is only paid while entering Staten Island):
Take the West Shore Expressway (Route 440) south Exit 11 toward Victory Boulevard turn left at light onto Victory Boulevard and then turn right at the first traffic light to enter the campus. Approximately 3 miles from the bridge.

'X10' express bus has a frequent daily schedule from 57th Street and Third Avenue in Manhattan to the College of Staten Island. The express bus fare is $6.00 one-way and exact change in coins or a MetroCard is required.

Subway:
Take 'R' subway except late night from 11pm-5am to Whitehall Street station or take '1' subway at all times to South Ferry station. Staten Island Ferry Terminal is located across the street. The '4' and '5' subways to the Bowling Green subway station may also be used. The subway fare is $2.50 and a MetroCard is required. Transfer is free from subway-to-bus, bus-to-subway or bus-to-bus when you use MetroCard within two hours.

Staten Island Ferry and Bus:
The Staten Island Ferry runs between the Whitehall Ferry Terminal in lower Manhattan and the St. George Ferry Terminal in Staten Island. Free service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It runs every 20 minutes from Manhattan during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours. This trip takes approximately 25 minutes.

After arriving at the St. George Ferry Terminal in Staten Island, follow signs to the 'S62' or 'S92' bus directly to the College of Staten Island. This trip will take approximately 30 minutes. By Bus (No Subway Available):

'S53' -The bus is available from the 86th Street 'R' Subway Station (Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) to Clove Road and Victory Boulevard (Staten Island). This trip will take approximately 30 mintutes. Once you reach Clove Road and Victory Boulevard you will receive a free transfer for the 'S62' or 'S92' which will bring you to the College of Staten Island. This trip will take approximately 15 minutes. The bus fare is $2.50 one-way and exact change in coins or a MetroCard is required. Transfer is free from subway-to-bus, bus-to-subway or bus-to-bus when you use a MetroCard within two hours.
