at CSI

The Office of the Director of Academic Assessment serves all segments of the College of Staten Island community including faculty, staff, administrators, and students. The office coordinates all aspects of the assessment of student learning outcomes at the college. It provides resources and training for faculty and staff in assessment practices for both student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. It is also engaged with the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information required for both planning and the assessment of institutional effectiveness. The Office is also responsible for supporting academic and institutional self studies.

The College of Staten Island is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA -- (267) 284–5000.


Dr. Michael J. Anderson is the Director of Academic Assessment. The Office is in the division of Academic Affairs.
